This is a patching free hi-hat much like you would make on a fixed architecture mono-synth like a 101 or Minimoog.
Experiment with different flavours of alt noise. The result can be decent if you use a cymbal noise.
Raising the resonance on the filter will accentuate the high frequencies in the noise.
